Sassy Nails by Nia

By booking an appointment with Sassy Nails by Nia, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to protect both the client and the business and to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all.

Appointments & Booking
   •    All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
   •    Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
   •    Only the client receiving services is permitted in the suite unless prior approval is given.

Deposits
   •    A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
   •    Deposits must be paid via approved payment methods (Cash, Zelle, or other specified options).
   •    Deposits are applied toward the total service cost at the time of appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
   •    A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
   •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
   •    Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
   •    Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Late Arrivals
   •    Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened.
   •    Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation with deposit forfeited.
   •    Full service fees still apply regardless of shortened service time.

Pricing
   •    All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
   •    Final pricing may vary based on nail length, design complexity, or additional services requested.
   •    Any additional services requested during the appointment must be approved before proceeding.

Health & Safety
   •    Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or nail health concerns prior to service.
   •    Services may be refused if a condition is deemed unsafe to treat.
   •    Sassy Nails by Nia maintains a clean, sanitized environment and follows professional hygiene standards.

Satisfaction & Service Results
   •    Due to the nature of nail services, refunds are not provided.
   •    If you are unsatisfied with your service, concerns must be raised before leaving the appointment so adjustments can be made if appropriate.

Personal Belongings
   •    Sassy Nails by Nia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the suite.

Right to Refuse Service
   •    Sassy Nails by Nia reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, repeated policy violations, or safety concerns.

Location Transparency
   •    Services are provided in a private nail suite located within a professional plaza.
   •    This is not a traditional salon environment.
   •    Exact suite details are provided after booking confirmation.
