Customer Service -Sassy Nails by Nia is all about you! I  provide you with the best service and personal care, in a  professional environment.

I will recommend that you remove any enhancements (product) that were applied by another salon  to insure the best outcome of your nails.

I reserve the right to refuse to service any client that has a condition that requires medical treatment.

Service Guarantee
-I offer a 100% guarantee on ALL services. I will determine all guarantees.

Child Care - The spa is not an appropriate place for children. They must be getting a service .

Cancellation policy- In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment , I do require  24 hours notice. In the case of  a same day cancellation or if you were to not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $25. This is a courtesy to me, so I may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients.
Cancellation fees will need to be paid before you are allowed to schedule another appointment.The cancellation fee can also be paid through my pay pal.

Deposit for all new appointments - 
 Sassy Nails by Nia requires all new clients to pay a non-refundable deposit of $25 that will go towards your selected service.  Deposits must be made within 2 hours of scheduling  or appt will be deleted.You can go to my website to pay through Pay pal.  I will receive notification  of payment of deposit. Thank you







Referral Program -I am confident that you will enjoy your experience at Sassy Nails by Nia and I would like you to share your experience with your family and friends, for this reason I offer referral incentives to my valued clients.
 
As a spa guest , I ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment in order to choose the color of your choice  and discuss any questions you may have.
 
Cell phones are permitted but I ask that you lower your ring tone or put on vibrate ,so that you will not disrupt another clients service. Please use a low tone when taking calls or step out of the spa for all cell phones calls.
